I am a consultant and coach who matches business acumen, talent and skill set with heart and soul.

My goal is to encourage and support people in their personal and professional development and to effectively match their skills with the right company. I have more than 25 years of experience with a background in marketing, business development and executive search. My success has been rooted in my ability to identify key talent and place them in the right position to make both the company and the employee happy and successful.

For generations my family has been rooted in the glass industry in Southern Germany. From early on, I was able to observe the importance of selecting the right people and engaging them long-term.

In the course of my own corporate career in the international software industry, I have experienced many acquisitions, reorganizations and quarterly profit pressure. I know how it feels from the inside.

Thanks to my time abroad – in the US, in Switzerland, in the Netherlands and in Poland – I became familiar with all aspects of an international life.

A great deal of life experience, I owe to my two children who teach me daily to stay grounded and keep things in balance.

In addition to intellect and analysis, intuition and empathy are as important to me as a healthy pragmatism.

For more than 20 years my professional focus at NIKE and Procter & Gamble has been the combination of finance, general management and a strong emphasis on people.

This blend is rare, as I’ve experienced over and over again throughout my career. However, it is needed in many companies because most leaders are single-tracked. But it is precisely this versatility that I have used with great success and that fascinates me. It creates connections to employees and customers.

As a leader, I have exemplified this approach to my employees and given them the space to be involved with all facets.
